Colours may be mixed together, diluted with water or added to mediums for desired tones and effects. Opacity and finish will vary depending on each colour's pigment; matte and opaque, glossy and transparent or semi gloss and semi opaque.

Water-like in consistency – will not leave stroke impressions. Tri-Art's Flow Release may be required for extra fine nibs and needles. Always test your methods and materials to ensure results prior to applying to a final work.

Subscription boxes ship according to the following schedule. On delivery months, boxes will ship during the first 7 business days of that month:
- Bi-Monthly: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
- Seasonally: March, June, September, December.
Regular items will be shipped within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated on my website, for studio closures during holidays. Once items are shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. Once the items leave the studio, the artist is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Please email me at hello@codycalligraphy.com with photos and your Order Number, for detailed instructions on where to ship it to. You will need to cover shipping costs for the return of any products. Once your returned items are received, the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee.
Used, opened, and/or final sale or items with coupon codes cannot be returned.
